Sole Sisters is a group of women walking side by side not only during their time together but in faith. We will meet on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 pm and Saturdays at 9 am. Tuesday nights will include a devotional and a group discussion in addition to walking.
Being active is the secret to staying healthy, and walking is one of the easiest and least expensive ways to get moving. It’s a great way to get exercise into your day and build stronger relationships with those walking with you.
Simply walking 30 minutes every day can have a great impact on health. Frequent, brisk walks can boost your brain power, make you more productive, and lower health care costs by reducing a wide range of health risks.
Why are we choosing to become Sole Sisters?
1 Corinthians 3:16 - Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s spirit dwells in your midst?
Hebrews 3:13 - Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today.”
